"Dear Dr. Teri Boon,

We very much appreciate the grassroots movement that you have started for the North Bench, for your neighbors, friends, and for Yucaipa. The discussions that you initiated, the questions that you raised, and the interest in what is happening to our neighborhood that you created, let us to create our web site (https://friendsofthenorthbench.org/) to spread the word and inform the public about what is currently happening in the North Bench.

“We” that is a group of people, some are your friends, some neighbors, some have been at your home, some which you have never seeb and don’t know, and others do not even live in the North Bench. We want to stay anonymous but what we all share are your values and the desire to protect our neighborhood and beyond from uncontrolled urban sprawl often under misleading contexts.

Dear Friends of the North Bench, Thank you so much for helping to prevent that proposed housing project! ... I wrote a rebuttal to the letter of the developers, because I felt it was very deceptive. I was wondering if you could post the rebuttal under the public comments section of your website ... Entire Rebuttal

One of our neighbors created a map that compares the lot sizes and density of housing units West and East of Yucaipa Ridge Road. - Very illustrative! Map comparing lot size and density
